Hive Cannabis is a licensed private cannabis retailer operating stores in British Columbia under a Cannabis Retail Store Licence issued by the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. Our website is intended for adults 19 years of age or older.

We collect only the information needed to operate our website and serve you:

• Age confirmation. Before entering the site you confirm your date of birth. We do not store your date of birth — a simple confirmation flag is saved in your browser so you are not asked on every visit.
• Contact information. If you subscribe to our newsletter or email us (including careers inquiries), we collect your email address and any information you choose to include.
• Order information. Online orders are processed through our menu and ordering platform. That platform collects the information needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, contact details, and order contents. Government-issued ID is checked in store at pickup but is not retained.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.
