This website and all Hive Cannabis products and services are intended solely for adults 19 years of age or older, the legal minimum age for cannabis in British Columbia. By using this site you represent that you are 19 or older. Valid government-issued identification is required for all purchases and pickups, without exception.

Hive Cannabis operates under a Cannabis Retail Store Licence issued by the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. All products we sell are obtained from the BC Liquor Distribution Branch and originate from federally licensed producers. Products are lab-tested and sold in compliance with the Cannabis Act (Canada) and the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act (British Columbia).

It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. We make no health or therapeutic claims about any product. Cannabis affects individuals differently; consume responsibly.

• Online orders are placed through a third-party menu and ordering platform and are subject to that platform's terms in addition to these terms.
• Product availability, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice and may vary by store. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by them.
• All orders must be picked up or received by the person who placed them, who must present valid ID showing they are 19 or older. Orders cannot be released to anyone who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide acceptable ID.
• Purchase quantities are limited to the legal public possession limit of 30 grams of dried cannabis (or its legal equivalent) per transaction.

• Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis
• Do not provide cannabis to anyone under 19 — it is a serious criminal offence
• Store all cannabis products securely, away from children and pets
• Do not transport cannabis across the Canadian border in either direction

You agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 19 years of age
• Misrepresent your age or identity, or circumvent the age gate
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including purchases on behalf of minors
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission

The Hive Cannabis name, logo, honeycomb branding, and all website content are the property of Hive Cannabis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The site contains links to and embeds from third-party services, including our ordering platform, mapping services, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that product information displayed is always current or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Cannabis and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or an online order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hive Cannabis from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
